Shipping and Returns

We ship our packages as standard with Bpost/PosnNL, DPD or GLS.

Delivery time

From the moment we receive payment, all orders will be shipped within 5 days.

If a product cannot be shipped within the promised time, the customer will be notified by email. The customer will then decide whether or not to proceed with the order.

Returns

Returns (if possible) must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order via our contact form on our website.

The goods are sent to us by you in their original condition (unless damaged upon delivery), complete and undamaged.

Once your return request has been approved by us, you can print out a return slip and return the items to us with the return slip attached to the packaging.

*(the return costs are charged to the customer/purchaser).

If you meet all these conditions, the purchase amount will be transferred to you within 3 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
